    • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 c. buffalo sauce
    • 1/4 c. ranch dressing
    • 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, divided
    • 4 scallions, thinly sliced, divided
    • 2 tsp black sesame seeds
    • 4 orange bell peppers, cleaned and cut into Jack-O-Lanterns
    • ½ lb celery sticks
    • ½ lb carrot sticks
    • ½ lb tortilla chips

Instructions

Chicken Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Season Just Bare® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with salt and pepper
  3. Bake chicken in oven for 15-18 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken reads 165 degrees
  4. Remove from oven, let rest until room temperature
  5. Shred by hand and hold

Other Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°.
  2. Soften the cream cheese in a medium bowl with a rubber spatula until very creamy and smooth.
  3. Mix in the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. 
  4. Stir in the chicken,  cheddar cheese, and one half of the scallions.
  5. Transfer to a 11-inch-by-7-inch casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the edges are bubbly. 
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. 
  7. Portion buffalo dip into prepared orange bell peppers, sprinkle with the remaining sliced scallions and black sesame seeds
  8. Serve with veggies and chips.
