  • 2 packages(about 30 oz) of your favorite prepared pizza dough
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar
  • ½ red onion, sliced thin

Nashville Hot Sauce

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter 
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp coarse kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Chicken Preparation:

  1. Marinate Just Bare® Chicken Breast Tenders in pickle juice for 2 hours
  2. Preheat a large frying pan with olive oil over medium heat
  3. Sear chicken tenders for 8-10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes
  4. Remove from heat, let rest until room temperature and then cut into bite size pieces

Nashville Hot Sauce:

  1. Combine the butter, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and honey in a heavy bottom saucepan. 
  2. Stir over low heat until combined and hold at room temp

Pizza:

  1. Preheat at 425 F with pizza stone on bottom rack
  2. Dust a flat surface with flour, split the pizza dough in half and roll out dough to a quarter inch thick(12-14 inches round) Transfer the dough to a dusted pizza peel
  3. Brush on about a quarter cup of Nashville hot sauce, leaving a crust around the edges.
  4. Split cheeses between the 2 pies and spread evenly, top with chicken and red onion
  5. Bake 14-18  minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted
  6. Removed from oven, let rest for 3-5 minutes and drizzle Nashville Hot Sauce on top of pie based on your desired taste
