Chicken Preparation:

  1. Preheat a large frying pan with olive oil over medium heat
  2. Rub Just Bare® Chicken Breast Tenders with blackening seasoning
  3. Sear chicken tenders for 8-10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes
  4. Slice cooked chicken on a cutting board and place on top of salads

Other Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, toss chopped kale with dressing, half of the cheese, croutons, salt and pepper
  2. Portion kale salad, top with blackened chicken and remaining parmesan cheese
