Heating Instructions

SKILLET

  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet on low to medium heat.
  2. Add one tablespoon of oil to skillet
  3. Place frozen chicken pieces in skillet in a single layer. Cover immediately.
  4. Keep covered for 4 minutes, flip pieces and heat additional 4 minutes.
  5. Remove skillet from heat and rest, covered, for 2 minutes before serving.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Bake uncovered for 16 minutes.

MICROWAVE OVEN

  1. Place 4 frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on a microwavable safe dish.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Do not overheat.
