Natural Pork St. Louis Style Spare Rib

St. Louis Style Spare Ribs are a smaller portion of the traditional spare rib. Hearty and full of flavor, they are the “go to” for outdoor grilling and smoking.  As they are portioned to lay flat, they also cook well in recipes that require browning in a frying pan.

Cooking Instructions

While pork is safe to eat at 145°F, pork ribs should be cooked to at least 190°F to allow the connective tissue to break down. You’ll know your pork ribs are done when the meat begins to pull away from the bone and the ends of the bone have a dried appearance.
