Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 4°F.
  2. Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on ungreased baking pan.
  3. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. TURN bake an additional 15 minutes. Total time 3 minutes.
  4. Continue to heat chicken until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the product reads 165°F.

Microwave

  1. Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on a microwavable safe dish.
  2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Add 1 min and 45 seconds for each additional fillet.
  3. Continue to heat chicken until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the product reads 165°F.

Air Fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer to 36°F.
  2. Place frozen chicken pieces in basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 17 minutes.
  4. Continue to heat chicken until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the product reads 165°F.
