

Green Chile Wings

Ingredients
- 3 pounds Just Bare Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes
- Chicken Marinade:
- 2 cans diced hatch green chiles
- 2 fresh poblano chiles
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 6 limes
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch green onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 1 jar of green salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix one can diced green chiles, 3 limes (quartered), ½ of the cilantro and green onion, 2 cloves garlic, and olive oil in a blender until smooth. Toss the wings in this mixture and marinate for 8-12 hours.
- Blend the green salsa, remaining cilantro, green onion, garlic, juice of limes, sour cream, cream cheese and can of green chiles. Taste this and season with salt and pepper to your liking, adding water if sauce is too thick.
- Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
- Roast marinated wings for about 20-24 minutes, shaking twice during cook, or until internal temperature reaches 185 degrees ensuring chicken is tender and any redness near the bone is cooked away.
- Either dip the wings in the green chile crema sauce or sauce the wings and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve!
