Gojuchang Sriracha Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Just Bare Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes
  • Chicken Marinade:
    • 1 cup white wine vinegar
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • Juice and zest of one lime
    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • 2 tbsp salted butter
    • 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp Gochujang
    • 3 tbsp Sriracha
    • Cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar, fish sauce, half the garlic, lime juice and zest, 1 tbsp sriracha and 1 tbsp Gochujang in a blender until smooth.
  2. Coat the wings in the mixture and marinate for 8-12 hours.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
  4. Cook wings for approx. 20-24 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 185 degrees, ensuring chicken is tender and any redness near the bone is cooked away.
  5. Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan and whisk until smooth. Heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Toss the wings in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve!
