

Ingredients
- 3 pounds Just Bare Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes
- Chicken Marinade:
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 cup honey
- 4 tbsp Gojuchang paste
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ minced shallot
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Dry wings completely and season each side with salt and pepper.
- Place wings on a greased sheet tray with a wire rack.
- Roast approx. 30 minutes on top rack, or until internal temperature reaches 185 degrees, ensuring chicken is tender and any redness near the bone is cooked away.
- While wings are cooking, combine water, honey, Gojuchang paste, garlic and shallot in a saucepan and heat. If sauce gets too thick, add a little more water.
- Sauce the wings and return to oven for an addition 5 minutes
- Garnish with chives and serve!
