

Ingredients
- 3 pounds Just Bare Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes
- Chicken Marinade:
- 6 tbsp Calabrian chili paste
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 ½ lemons zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Dry wings completely and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place wings on a sheet tray with a greased wire rack.
- Roast on upper rack for approx. 40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 185 degrees, ensuring the chicken is tender and any redness near the bone is cooked away.
- While the wings are cooking, add the Calabrian chili paste, red wine vinegar, sugar, garlic, oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes, water, 1 tsp lemon zest, and the juice of half a lemon to a small saucepan and whisk on medium heat until combined and hot.
- When the wings are finished, toss them in the sauce and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve!
